Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Fastest method

Delete from within the app

The quickest way to delete your account is directly from the Fortitask app:

  1. Open the Fortitask app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Scroll down and tap Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm when prompted
This permanently deletes your profile, all challenges you created, activity history, uploaded photos and videos, points, friends, and group memberships.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  1. Your profile — name, username, email, profile photo
  2. All challenges you created and their associated attempts
  3. Your activity history, points, and completed challenges
  4. All uploaded photos and videos
  5. Your friends list and group memberships
  6. Comments and reactions

Some data may be retained for a short period for legal or fraud-prevention purposes before being fully purged.
